I've decided to quit Army ROTC, but I don't really call it quiting.
I never really wanted to be in the military, but I never really knew much about college before being in it. Now I know all about these amazing things called financial aid, scholarships, loans and minimum wage.
It's going to be extremely difficult to swallow my pride and pay back the ROTC scholarship money, but I know it's something I have to do, because I'm not willing to give my life to the military service.
I respect all those in uniform, but I choose not to be one at this time.
